Mafuyu(^q^)/ : You know what…? There’s one item that I haven’t featured for the articles yet, which is definitely a must item for the Otaku rooms… Yeah… it’s a….

Mafuyu(^q^)/ : POSTER!!

Five Best Ideas to Display Posters and Post Cards without Giving Any Damages! It Will Also Work for Something Like Button Badges!

Mafuyu(^q^)/ : The reason why I haven’t featured it is because… Even though this trivia will definitely be awesome and useful for Otaku…

Mafuyu(^q^)/ : it’s so conservative.

Mafuyu(^q^)/ : It won’t be like the ones that I have featured so far, which will change dramatically after displaying… but it’s gonna be like the way that we are able to display your favorite posters without giving any damages from something like thumbtacks!

Mafuyu(^q^)/ : Of course! It’s easy and guaranteed if you really want to protect your favorite posters and stuff! Why don’t you make use of the ideas that Japanese Otaku have!

1.Tack It with Thumbtacks And Clips

This is how we put the poster, using thumbtacks and clips without making any holes on the poster!

1.Put the clips on each corners (and the middle of each top side) of the poster.

2.Hang the clips on each thumbtack. That’s it!

It might leave the trace of the clips but it’s much better than actually having the holes on the poster! If you put a piece of thin paper with the clip, the trace won’t be that clear!!

If you display a small poster or a post card, two sets on the top might be enough!

2.Put It with Thumbtacks Anagnets

This might not be clear but in short,

“Put the poster between the thumbtacks put on the wall and the magnet!”

You will need the small and powerful magnets but it will definitely be a great idea since it won’t leave any trace of the clips!

By the way, if you don’t have any thumbtacks, you can put the clips on the wall, using the masking tape, then put the poster and magnets over them!!

What’s more…? If you can put the magnets on the wall…. you can display the metal goods without giving any damages to the wall! It’s a recommended technique for something like button badges or key holders!!

3. Use Masking tape

1. Put the masking tape in the back of the poster.

2.Put the masking tape again so that it will look “T”.

3. Put it on the wall.

This works only for very light posters or post cards, but it’s easy only with masking tape! By the way, this will also work for the idea using clips, which I’ve shared with you at the beginning, because the masking tape is powerful with a “T”-shape!

4 .Use Garbage Bags and Masking Tape

It requires a lot of work but it’s the best way in that it will prevent dust from staying in the poster!

As you might imagine,

it’s the way that we can put the poster in the garbage bag (vinyl bag) and put the poster with masking tape or thumbtacks on the extra space of the edge!

1. Put the poster in the garbage bag. (Put it all the way to the edge of the bag.)

2 .Fold the extra part to the back and put it with tape. (Leave some space so you can put thumbtacks or masking tape on it!)

3. Put the thumbtacks or masking tape on the space you made on the edges and it’s done!!!
