It’s almost time for most Fall 2020 Anime to come to an end, huh? Some of them might have a climax, towards the final episode in December too……!

Among them! This is super serious……! It’s as if they’re in the super deep valley!! It’s a series, where they’re suffering from such a serious issue, which can’t be avoided in the middle of climax! The series I’ll be featuring today is THIS!

From Episode 6 of IDOLiSH7 Second BEAT, the story goes on very seriously. IDOLiSH7 realizes that there’s another obstacle that they have to face. That’s something they haven’t realized but now that they have become very popular, they have to face it.

After Episode 6, another issue comes up because they have become a popular group. The story focuses on how the members face such issues.

Especially, “the gap between the ideal figures that their fans think of and themselves in reality” is more focused.

It’s time when each member has to try harder than other members towards the new and big work ahead of them. Meanwhile, the members of IDOLiSH7, Izumi Mitsuki and Nanase Riku, hear the “voice.”

Mitsuki has felt that he is a “burden of IDOLiSH7,” who is less talented than other members. However, as the group becomes more popular, Mitsuki starts to have his own fans, which gradually makes him become confident.

Mitsuki swears that he will do his best for other members, above all, for his fans, supporting him.

One day, he drops by at a store to get a reward for him, when two girls are talking passionately about IDOLiSH7…… It seems that they have watched their show, aired the other day and they say……

The ones the girls like and support are other members of IDOLiSH7 and they seem to be feeling annoying about Mitsuki, who has appeared more recently.

The girls seem to be using the same amount of their energies when they talk about their favorite members and when they talk about Mitsuki, who they think is not popular, even though he’s been appearing more recently. It’s so cruel…… I…… have lost words…… when I actually saw this scene…… It was such a painful scene but again, I actually thought I might do the same thing as those girls do without noticing it……

Mitsuki runs away from the store, and just keeps running in town, falling down to the ground…… He has finally become confident, shouting “I’m Izumi Mitsuki from IDOLiSH!”…… All those feeling and thought have just got ruined……

Meanwhile, Nanase Riku, who has been in the center position of the group, has been sick (since around Episode 4), so another member, Izumi Iori, is now substituting for him. Riku thinks that he will get better as soon as possible for his members and fans who always support him. Then he receives one message through social media.

That’s the message from Izumi Iori and other member’s fans. If Riku isn’t back, Iori will be in the center’s position. For them, it’s the happiest thing. And what’s worse? Riku keeps getting the same kind of messages repeatedly.

Well, you will see such a painful scene twice in Episode 6. It’s just so sad…… Really…… I don’t think good fans never do such a thing but we have to say that “this could happen in reality……” It was such a raw feeling by the fans…… Like this, the members of IDOLiSH will live, being hurt by “their figures that fans desire.”……

And this kind of issue is not just for the new idols such as IDOLiSH members. In Episode 10, which aired the other day, such an issue came up to pro idols, “Re:vale” too……

Ahhhhh…… it’s tough…… I mean it’s so hard…… “What is the idols in the first place?” It’s time for us to watch over IDOLiSH, who has been seriously finding the answer for that question.

Idols exist for who? How should they be like? What should they do if their ideals and the ones by the fans differ……? What is the position “center”? What should they do…… to become the ones they really want to be?

One of the IDOLiSH7’s fans thinks of this period of time as the “rain.” After this long, dark and deep rain stops…… they will see a beautiful shining day for the amount of the rain they got! The fans also say that the more the members face such a painful experience every week, the stronger and the more wonderful they will become as idols. So actually, it’s a precious time!

I will cheer them up, thinking positively! And guess what? They have announced that they produced a new scenario, containing deep drama, in the original game too!

Whoaaaa~~~ It’s hard~~~~ Too serious and deep~~~ …… I really want all the members to smile from the bottom of their hearts…… I want them to think they like to be idols and enjoy being the ones…… But the reality is not that easy, huh……?

But I want them to become strong so they can accept and get over these difficulties! I’ll wait for that! We can’t take our eyes off from Episode 6! Don’t miss our IDOLiSH7!
