I was released via PlayStation Vita in 2018. Then Nintendo Switch version “Piofiore no Banshou (Piofiore: Fated Memories) -ricordo-,” containing an additional scenario, was released in July 2019. In 2020, the sequel of “Piofiore no Banshou (Piofiore: Fated Memories) -Episodio 1926-” was released via Nintendo Switch version.
All the series have been rated so highly that a musical and a play adaptation were performed too. It’s so popular that the soundtrack, the character songs and the physical books have also been released.
Mmm…… For those who want to play it now…… I would recommend that you should get the Nintendo Switch version, “Piofiore no Banshou (Piofiore: Fated Memories) -ricordo-” and the sequel “Piofiore no Banshou (Piofiore: Fated Memories) -Episodio 1926-”!

Fantastic Worldview!

The game is set in 1925 (The sequel is in 1926) right after the First World War in the South Italian town! The three mafia organizations are conflicting with each other in this beautiful town close to the sea. The main protagonist girl now has to join one of the mafia organizations due to an incident but……
This “savage mafia’s world view” is one of the best parts of Piofiore no Banshou (Piofiore: Fated Memories)! In savage atmosphere, the main protagonist ends up falling in love with someone through various experiences in such a savage atmosphere…… Many people seem to like this little dark worldview!!

Great Scenario and Characters!

The best parts of the story and the characters are “they are not too sweet or too kind”!
It doesn’t mean that she extremely flirts with someone! The scenario is organized in the way that we can know that there are always cruel and outrageous things happening in the mafia world whenever she falls in love with someone!
Since it’s the CERO：D (only those who are over 17 years old are allowed to play), you might see a character, dying or breaking up depending on each route, …… But that’s why the moment, when we understand well with the character we choose, is precious……! Such a savage worldview makes us feel that the characters are so adorable, which seems to be one of the high-rated points!
And! Another high-rated point is that the beginning part (the common scenario part) is short, so we can go into the route of the character we choose! Plus, since the beginning part is short, we get to be with each character a lot! This is one of the best parts about playing an Otome Game!
When we want to know the truth of the scenario by choosing a different character’s route at the 2nd or 3rd round, it’s too much hassle to skip them if the beginning part (the common scenario part) is long…… (It’s a common thing about the Otome Game.)
We can read the next route while we are still excited from the ending! That’s awesome!!

Falzone Family

It’s the authentic mafia group, who cherishes fame and pride.
Since they hold their bloodline sacred, the unity as an organization is strong as well as they’re well organized. The members are usually gentle and calm, which makes the atmosphere very relaxing.

Visconti Family

They are free and frank mafia whose root zone is the controlled area.
They rally against the hereditary system or the bloodline rules. Because of that, they don’t have a long history, which allows the excellent members get promoted to the executive post, no matter what nationality or bloodline they have.

Lao-Shu

It’s an unidentified group which best described as the “mystery” and the “darkness.”
The leader, Yang, has such high charisma and leadership that the organization is well-organized by him.
Aaand…… there are some other characters who don’t belong to any organizations but are active behind the scenes……?

The climax in the story is awesome!

The third high-rated point is that “the scenario is super satisfying!”
I will not write anything further but…… each character has three END; BEST, GOOD and BAD, and there are full of episodes which can be seen only in each END. I’ve heard that the truth or the ending, which will be revealed based on them, are…… awesome!
