The shopping experience was very pleasant and the items arrived in excellent condition.

Ordering was easy, customer service is excellent and the package was secured well. The only problem was the shipping. FedEx doesn't really operate in Finland which is why I had trouble receiving the package (I had basically no info when the package was coming or that it was transfered to another courier service). That is why I gave 4 for satisfaction (in reality 4.5 would be correct the grade, since delivery was done by another company). OtakuRepublic uses JapanPost, which hasn't failed even once (normal or priority shipment). Hopefully you'd use them more than FedEx.

It was super great! Easy and quite fast, the packaging was great too! Only reason why I gave 4 (technically wanted to give 4.5) was that the email of packet being shipped was a bit slow. Otherwise absolutely loved the service and already recommended you guys to my brother and few friends :)
