Items are in great condition! The only indication that these charms weren't brand new is that the individual charm boxes had been opened. The price for the set was great. I'm very happy with my purchase!

The only thing left to be desired was proactive communication. Because of COVID-19, there were considerable shipping delays. I understand this and was not at all upset by it- but as this was my first purchase on goodsrepublic, it made me nervous not to hear anything for weeks after buying. I sent an email inquiring about my order and did receive a quick reply saying 'sorry, delays due to COVID-19', but it would have put me more at ease to have received even an automated message stating that without my having to email first.
