First of all my package came in a neat box. The tape was on delicately, the box was completely flawless from transport. Opening the box laid a few flat cardboard tiles. Taking that out there were a few sheets of paper; my order (receipt, a thank you letter of the supplier for this item) The thank you letter was adorable, thank you Mafuyu for your emails, you're super adorable, making me smile from your emails!!

I ordered two itabags, this one as well as the Tokiya one. They were both inside plastic bags. These we labelled as USED— but were claimed to be in "Excellent" continued. Well I'm beyond overjoyed to say that they are what they claim!!! There were no flaws in the bags, literally brand new!!!! The straps were perfect, no ripping or tears!!!
