COVID restrictions prevented my order from being shipped to my location, and I received several kind emails explaining the situation to me and giving updates on my order's status. This is the best handling of shipping issues I've ever experienced, not to mention that when it was possible, shipping was very fast. Thank you so much, I love the figurine!
