Terrible help

The packaging was great and the item I bought was protective but the problem that I had to face to get my package to my house was terrible. Good republic emailed me that my package wasn’t delivered and to contact the post office. I ask for their help on how to do that but basically told me I’m on my and deal with this problem with no help. After struggling and dealing with stress to get my package I requested a refund cause I didn’t wanted anyone but they refused to give me a refund. I used to never had an issue with them but this experience was a headache to deal with and will definitely take some time off buying from this site. So for everyone  who is planning to buying from here be cautious and aware that they would not help you once your package is already shipped out.
