very poor condition, missing parts

I ordered this omanjuu thinking it would be in mint condition, as the condition said “excellent”, but the way I received this item was anything but. It was obviously very worn. It was very flat, the fabric was stretched out to the point where it lost its volume and is saggy, and it was missing the chain that’s supposed to be on the top. I contacted someone about this and I’m hoping to get a refund for this item because this condition is not “excellent” at all.
