Excellent Quality

Originally, I just needed a few spare parts from this to replace the one I already had. Obviously, I highly doubt Alter sells spare parts, but it was definitely worth buying another one of these for such a low price along with free shipping. Now the figure itself is a remarkable piece of craftsmanship and doesn't lack in detail for a second. Hartmann herself looks as sharp and in character as you would normally imagine. Her faces (there are two individual torsos that you can interchange) carry no splotches nor are they poorly painted. I personally love the less serious saluting version. Her clothes are highly detailed, whether it be the officer's cap or her shirt/jacket and the Karsland insignia. As for the equipment, it's absolutely lovely if you love highly detailed military equipment. The detail on the striker unit is most impressive to me. Very accurate to the one in the show and even has individual markings such as Hartmann's personal ace emblem and other lettering. Note that these aren't low effort prints that are lazily slapped on. All lettering is small, readable and looks very professional. The MG has just as much love put into it as anything else on the figure. Very accurate and one of the most realistic weapons I've seen crafted for a figure. The paint job/wear and tear detail on it is beautiful. In short: everything about this figure screams quality. Being a very old figure, I'm surprised at how well it has held up. I also own the figures of Sanya and Eila, but this is definitely my favorite one. Gorgeous addition to any collection. Definitely recommend this and any of the other Strike Witches Alter figures if you want something crafted with love, professionalism and accuracy.
