I'm very happy with my product

A year ago, I ordered a Jakurai Jinguji nendoroid in advance (it was due to be released in September). When they got my item they reached out and told me they weren't able to send it yet because of shipping restrictions due to COVID, they sent me a picture of the item and said they would take care of it until they were able to send it. I'm very patient so I waited. They were always keeping me up to date about my item. About 10 days ago I received a shipping notification and 2 days ago I received the item. It was carefully packaged and it got to me in perfect state. I'm very happy with my purchase and with customer service. 10/10 would recommend.
