Never Buying From Here Again

I have been a loyal customer for a very long time, but with this being the first time I ever needed customer service I don’t think I would ever buy from here again or recommend it. They continually blamed me and said they would not accept my return when the product was falsely advertised and continually made me restate the issue just to not do anything. I have over 10 emails of them just going back and forth and barely responding. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
