All around solid and legit!

Fantastic communication from the very start to the end. We helped identify the exact plushie and its availability before the order was confirmed. The handling and shipping times were surprisingly fast too. It went from 14% to 100% within a few hours. The package was carefully wrapped with cardboard and bubble wrap, then on the outside had multiple "Don't Bend" warnings. She arrived safe and loved. Thank you so very much for bringing her home!
