What Is Obey Me!?

Obey Me! is a romance simulation and RPG card mobile game produced by NTT SOLMARE Corporation.
This game has been preceding delivery since December 2019 in English-speaking countries, and since December 2020 in Japan. It’s been steadily downloaded and been already very popular throughout the world, and its anime television adaptation is scheduled to premiere in July 2021 as well.
Speaking of NTT SOLMARE Corporation, it’s known as a super big electric book delivery site, Comic Cmore! I didn’t have an image of that (the company, producing games too) at first, which surprised me a lot!
Well, what kind of game is it, managed by NTT SOLMARE Corporation? Let’s take a look!

Outline of Obey Me!!

The player (the main protagonist) was having a dream.
“Help…… help me
I’m being caught by some bad guys
You’re special
So I’m sure you’ll be able to save me”
“Please. Find me.”
The player heard the boy, saying that.
Then the player found himself in…… guess what? ……the place like the unknown court.
“Welcome to the Academy in the Devildom.
We’re pleased to have you (a human)!”
It looks like the player was chosen as an exchange student in a school for demons called “Royal Academy of Diavolo” (RAD) and summoned to the devil world!
The player has to spend one year at the Academy as an exchange student, while completing assignment and submit it. The assignment is……
“To become the master who brings the demons down to their knees”!
Is the player able to become the master who brings the seven demon brothers down to their knees……!?
It looks like those seven demons have such strong individuality and it’s hard for the player to become the master who can bring them down to their knees……! Is the player able to make it happen in one-year limited period of time!? This is a quick outline of the story!

You can enjoy both the main story and the battles one by one!

The players can experience the “main story,” where they interact with the seven demons, and the “battle,” where they fight against the enemies with the demons, one by one!
Why is it the dance battle, though……?
But! The mini chara are so cute and the duration of the battle time is short so you can enjoy it with a good pacing!

Unexpectedly modern style!?
You can communicate with the demons through talking or chatting on a smartphone!

Well, well! The best part about Obey Me! is that you can communicate with the characters, I guess!
The player is summoned to an unknown world all of a sudden…… However, the world seems to be full of modern stuff, just like our world, such as smartphones, convenience stores, snacks and figures……!
For instance, the player gets to know more about the demons by chatting on the smartphone or gets to know what’s going on in their society!
This is when they are enjoying talking about how to train abs
And…… this is one of the awesome things too! You might get a phone call from the demons when you put your smartphone in sleep mode!
Of course, it happens only in the game but they call you with their actual voices (full voice)!
What’s more? We can see various pictures posted in social media in the demon world so we can know more about them…… This is absolutely the best part about Obey Me, where we can communicate with them through the smartphone!
It’s a little different from an otome game in terms of how we can communicate with the characters! That’s a secret of popularity!
