The site is lovely, easy to navigate and my first order arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with everything overall.

I am very satisfied with how you handled my order. Everything was well packaged and the shipping was so fast I couldn't believe it (arrived in about a week). *I ordered a Limited-Edition Tea Cup and was worried all shipping long for it to arrive safe ^^' haha

The package sent was received in a timely fashion and the packaging protected the content from the environment. It's currently winter with snow everywhere, and even though the outer layer was a bit wet from the snow, everything inside was dry and protected.

I ordered a Love Live! Book and my package came in very good condition. The service is very kind!! I was a bit upset that I couldn't get free shipping because of covid reasons but it's understandable! The price of the Book + shipping was still cheaper than the other websites and sellers available to me. The shipping was very fast so it's worth the price :)

Ok first off, this Mochi is suuuuper soft and squishy! It's not damaged or frayed at all and that's great! It's my first mochikororin ever and I'm so glad I bought it. It even shipped and was delivered fast. The packaging was stellar and I'm surprised there was so much bubble wrap around him even as a mochi. I'll definitely use this site more!
