The customer service was impeccable. I had some issues during my order, and even though they couldn't actively do anything to help me, they were very polite. The shipping was fast and I didn't have to pay any additional custom fees so I was really happy about that. The packaging was flawless! Everything inside was very carefully protected.

Has been very good. I saw Goods Republic was one of the trusted shops via MyFigureCollecion.net so I had good hopes for the legitimacy of the service.
But even then you blew my expectations out of the water.
Felt very secure with my international purchase after the emails to see if I was happy with my purchase, and if it arrived save and sound, and even notifying me when it was at my local postal office.

Secure and professional packaging. I've ordered packages from outside the EU before and they're usually covered in 3 layers of tape on the outside. This package looked neat, undamaged and everything inside was in perfect shape. I paid a little extra for the faster shipping but it was totally worth it.
